About Jai Kaur
Jai Kaur
(pronounced like "jīe core")
Annamaria San Antonio
While I was born (and am still known as) Annmarie San Antonio for many years, I received the spiritual name Jai Kaur in 2005 upon completing my Level I Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training.
The name—The Victorious Goddess who walks powerfully and gracefully through her life—acts as a beautiful reminder to keep up with my practice and live with grace!

LCMT, CLT, NCTMB, E-RYT500, Medical Massage Therapist, and Certified Lymphedema Therapist.
For over 35 years, I have been dedicated to exploring the multi-dimensional nature of human wellness and our inherent creative capacities. My career is rooted in a deep commitment to holistic health, combining professional expertise with personal transformation. I blend these insights into a unified approach, ensuring I truly 'walk the talk' in my practice
My foundational training in 1991 began with the Deep-Tissue Bodywork Training (Ida Rolf / Neo-Reichian Therapy) at the former Center for Body-Oriented Psychotherapy (CBOP) in Somerville, MA.
Fifteen years into my career in massage and bodywork, I found the powerful and transformative practices of Kundalini Yoga and Ayurveda. As a certified Ayurvedic Counselor and Level II Kundalini Yoga teacher, I now blend these ancient foundational wisdoms with modern research to help my clients thrive. I love being on the cutting edge of wellness, transforming deep, historical knowledge into easy-to-digest, daily practices. It is my passion to honor these traditions while making them accessible to modern life, and I am honored to have shared this work with countless people through innovative programs at :
- Generalized Anxiety and Treatment Evaluation, (GATE), Yoga research study at the Center for Anxiety and Traumatic Stress Disorders, at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) and at Boston University
- Stress Study on Yoga at the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind-Body Medicine at MGH
- The Complementary Medicine Program at the former Boston Regional Medical Center
- The Massage Therapy Program at the Zesiger Fitness Center at Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge (MIT)
- The Steinberg Wellness Center for Mind and Body at Emerson Hospital in Concord, MA
All of these experiences are brought to Open Flow Medical Massage and strengthen my mission as I continue to serve as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of patients.
